Open a website (above) and then select an organization.  Sift through the rating data available for the organization you selected and then identify an area dealing with quality that has a poor score (i.e., where there is a Quality Gap).  Finding the scores and gaps should be fairly easy once you start perusing the website.  Drill down into the categories and wander around the site until you find a Quality Gap that you want to explore.  This process should take no more than a couple of hours.

There is a 6-page minimum for this assignment (not including Title or Reference pages).  Graphs and tables should be present in your paper.   I recommend exceeding that length by at least 10% for best results.  Finally, cite liberally in EVERY section, as this paper relies exclusively on expert opinion.  Follow the template carefully and address all elements under review.

• NOTE:  Include at least 3 academic citations in your research (peer reviewed journal articles work best).

Make sure that your paper (and its citations, references, etc.) is formatted for APA 7.
