The Sigma website contains various journals that show evidence of the globalization of nursing. First, in the article Global Nursing Issues and Development, Wong et al. (2020) discussed various global nurses’ issues by looking at WHO documents. The authors show how nurses who form partnerships across boundaries improve the nursing practice.

Second, in the article, The Need for Visible Nursing Leadership During COVID?19, Rosser et al. (2020) discussed the importance of nurses working together during times of crises such as the covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, to provide the best possible treatment for patients all over the world, nursing leaders should discuss and learn from one another (Rosser et al., 2020).

Third, according to Gea?Caballero et al. (2020), Spanish nurses relocate to other countries regularly. Also, the authors conducted a survey to investigate and understand the driving forces and values that influenced the nurses' desire to move to other countries around the world.
