Instructional Design and Development

            Learning instructional design is an excellent approach to guarantee that aims and ambitions are in line with the ultimate outcomes. Learning different theories of designing instructions approaches in this course when implementing technology for disabled students has really created new ideas. Every way of life and human behavior is changing as a result of technological advancement. A significant amount of time has passed in a rapid, worldwide, and astonishing manner. In my view, the impact of technology has really altered social, global, cultural, and educational competition.

            Instructional Design is critical in education; without it, there could be no interaction and simply text. Learners who can use their knowledge in new environment learn more quickly. Through this course, I learned that interaction among students promotes learning. Interactive methods are used in instructional design to increase student engagement. Unlike many other education courses that rely simply on the instructor's skills, instructional design engages all stakeholders throughout the operation. One example is the use of adaptive online education on smartphones and tablets will enable a broader population to get exposure and utilize. Young children have been brought up with mobile technology and are more at ease with, and frequently prefer, the self-selective aspect of smart devices (Roytek, M. A. 2020).

            Another example is the use of incooperate immersive scenarios in the project. This style of learning allows students to pick their own experience at a higher level. Learners are provided with a number of challenges or situations and are expected to use techniques to traverse the scenario. Therefore, I believe the constructivist theory help learners find the best solutions and interpret knowledge in ways which they comprehend and can communicate with others from an early age.
