3. Justify the communication and decision-making skills in the management of complex situations in collaboration with multi agency professionals to co-ordinate care between services.

4. Critically appraise the evidence base from a range of sources relating to the complex therapeutic interventions that can be used to improve the management of the adult with complex care needs

Introduction:
