Whether it is a process for reviewing safety events (nursing peer review process, which is not the same as an annual peer evaluation process), highlighting challenging cases in a formal Grand Rounds setting, peer-reviewed competencies, or implementing teams to support a the concept of a moral community, these programs support nurses and enhance the delivery of quality patient care. For this discussion, research current literature and report on the programs below.
