Writing a reflection paper is an opportunity to internalize and solidify what you have learned. Write a 3- to 4-page reflection paper (750 to 1100 words) that addresses the following:

• Identify a tool or technique that has been used in a current or past workplace and describe how this tool was used.

• Evaluate the success of the application of the tool. What, if anything, would you have done differently?

• How will access to The Lean Six Sigma Toolbook impact your approach to problem solving and decision making in the future? [MO 4.3]

Be sure to include direct citations from The Lean Six Sigma Pocket Toolbook to support your statements throughout your reflection paper.
