First, compare and contrast descriptive, prescriptive, and normative models of decision making [minimum of two paragraphs]. Then, choose one of these models and create a strong argument for integration of the model into the decision-making processes of an organization.

• Create a decision-making process that clearly integrates one of the models. If you prefer, you may create a visual diagram of the process. Think in general terms of how the process works.
• Describe how the model you have chosen would increase the effectiveness of the decision-making process and final decision outcomes.
• What challenges exist to applying this model?

Use at least five references for the material in your exploration of decision making. Two must come from sources not provided in the module materials.
