Portfolio Item 3 (PF 3) The file DownHackWat.csv found in the Week 4 Lecture folder contains some data on houses sold in 2019 for three neighbouring suburbs in Canberra (Downer, Hackett, Watson). Some houses did not settle until 2020. The three Google maps below give you an idea of the physical location of each suburb. The variable names are in the first row of the first spreadsheet. 41 Week4 42 Week4 Prepare a two slide PowerPoint presentation providing the information required under SLIDE 1 and SLIDE 2 below. Each slide must have your name and Student ID on it. Save your PowerPoint slides as PDF. SLIDE 1 Describe how you got this dataset into R including a screen dump of all the R commands used. Also include a screen dump of a tibble of the data you have imported into R. SLIDE 2 Investigate the relationship between Price and Block Size by Suburb using an appropriate graphic in R which must be suitable for publication. The R code to produce this graphic must be included on Week4 the slide as well as the graphic. Provide a comment on the message/s in the graphic.
