Search the internet for three organizations (other than the Mercer ranking) that ranks the quality of life of cities in the U.S. and/or the world.  Then write a paper that incorporates answers to the following questions:  What are the top three cities ranked by each survey and why? What criteria do the surveys use to rank the cities and how are they similar are different? Do you agree or disagree and how do you think Los Angeles should rank and why?  Please be sure to write an essay and avoid using bullet points.  Include a reference page (not part of the 900 words) that cites the name of the surveys that you used.
