One hundred years ago, class, region, ethnicity, and language divided Mexicans. Are Mexicans still divided today? Has a “national” identity overcome these divisions? Are there any new factors dividing Mexicans? Among other things, you should consider the 1994 Zapatista insurrection and the film “Roma.”

Paper should be double-spaced and between 1000-1300 words in length.
