Below is a list of guiding questions and parameters for each task.?

(1) Problem and questions?(individual) - 5pts.:?
Write a 2-4 pages (double-spaced)?brief that synthesizes the problem you are addressing, existing resources/ literature, and the questions you will be addressing (potential guiding questions below).?? Explain how you will be addressing the problem and answering your questions.
What is the broad problem that you will be addressing?
What did you find in the existing literature? (Ex. This might be gaps in existing national surveys)
What questions are you answering??
How do your questions relate to the problem and how could their answers advance solutions??
Are your questions predictive or inferential in nature??
Are your questions appropriately framed and well described??
Explain how you will be addressing the problem and answering your questions.

(4) Communicating Insights?(Individual) - 4 pts.:
Using Chapter 10 of the Art of Data Science text as reference, either communicate your findings (for existing data) or describe the way that you will analyze the data in order to communicate your findings. This can draw from HW 5 and can explain the way that you will address your questions.
