1) Hercules is the area manager of a food company in Bangladesh and takes care of the day to day affairs of the business. Hercules used to do business with Robinhood and owed a cheque of 50 lacks taka to him. The cheque was signed and issued by him 5 months earlier. Robinhood went to the Bank to collect the money but the Bank said there were insufficient funds in the account to cash the cheque. Robinhood came to you to take legal action against Hercules.
