In this project, a structured literature review shall be carried out on different storage tanks used in Oil and Gas industry

In this project, a structured literature review shall be carried out on different storage tanks used in Oil and Gas industry. The student shall design the storage tank (upon student’s choice) in modelling software (e.g. SolidWorks, NX Symens, CATIA etc.). Following the modelling, the storage tank should be studied by a finite element analysis (FEA). It is expected from the student to provide a fundamental calculation required in storage tanks within the literature review and compare them with the result of FEA.
