Mrs. Anton holds 1 000 ordinary shares in ABC (Pty) Limited. At its annual general meeting held on 23 December 2019 ABC (Pty) Limited announced that a final dividend of twenty cents a share would be payable to all shareholders registered with it at close of business on 20 February 2020. Payment of the dividend will be effected on 2 April 2020.
