What are the positive and negative attributes of each of his or her leadership styles?  

How did the leader you chose handle conflict, resolution, management as well as empower others?  

Do you believe his or her leadership skills were effective? Why?  

Research the history of this one leader, and cite 3-5 additional peer-reviewed sources, as well as your textbook as a source. Document your citations throughout the text of your report in APA format. Include all sources in an APA-formatted reference page. The 4-6-page requirement does not include the APA title page and reference pages. 

It must include an introduction and a clear thesis, multiple body paragraphs, and a conclusion.
