can someone explain how you can figure out where nondisjunction happens

during meiosis. i found this example on courseheor. it says round nose is dominant to pointed nose. a man with a round nose and a women with a round nose have a daughter with a pointed nose. this daughter has turner syndrome( genotype X) how do i figure out where nondisjunction occurred?
