At home #3 You are an unemployed programmer. You cannot get an interview. In order to pass the time, you download games from XYZ company illegally via the Internet. These games from XYZ company cost $200 each and are very good. Thousand of players play. 

In essence, you have been stealing from XYZ. Suddenly, XYZ company contacts you. XYZ wants you to come for a job interview. If XYZ hires you, you can purchase games from XYZ for a 10% discount ($180 each. XYZ offers profit sharing. If XYZ makes a lot of profit, you will get a bonus. 

How would you answer each of the following THREE items: 

Item #1. If the interviewer asks, “Have you downloaded one of our games illegally”? What do you answer? 

Item #2. Suppose the interviewer does not ask that question. You get hired. XYZ creates a new game. Do you buy it or do you download for free from the Internet?
