This is your personal reflection journal. Only you and the professor/coaches can read it. Other students do not have access to your journal.

You are not required to write reflections.

Each week you can write 200-250 words about your thoughts for the week, what you learned, what you found interesting, what topic/s you would have liked to explore more. 

Compile your thoughts in the text box. Do not attach a Word file. 

Your reflection should not be a duplicate of your Discussion assignment.

The reflection post is not graded each week.

Reflections are due on the last day of the week. In essence, you can't wait until finals week and write a reflection for all 8 weeks at one time
