Answer: The previous courses that I've taken and applied to my capstone project was generally designed to encourage students to think critically, solve challenging problems, and develop skills such as oral communication, public speaking, research skills, media literacy, teamwork, planning, self-sufficiency, or goal setting— skills that will help prepare them for the course being taken in the Bridge program. I learned a lot from the courses which taught me how to be an effective leader, to always show appreciation, empathy, and loyalty to students as well as faculty and staff (2014). This made me more knowledgeable in how to prepare my capstone to show that when certain courses are being taught and learned it has helped prepare me to make sure that the Bridge program is effective and efficient for both the students as well as the faculty and staff.
