How can managers influence the moral values of subordinates?

Moral values refer to worthy principles that distinguish whether some behaviors, actions, and values are right or wrong. They are relative values that respect the dual life value of other people and the individual self. Generally, the background, action, perceptual sensitivities, and capacities shape people's moral behavior in a particular set of life. However, it is possible to influence the moral values of people. Managers can influence the moral values of employees by various ways. For instance, the management team can develop the policies and principles that guide the employees on the values to follow and avoid while at the workplace. Also, the managers can practice ethical and moral values to act as real models for these subordinates.
