That is because it will help the organization to offer quality products when compared to its peers. As well, it will lead to a reduction in the cost of production for the firm. In addition to that, it will help the company to make a wide range of products, which will help in capturing a more significant portion of the market. In that way, the company will be able to gain a competitive advantage. As well, I can make an investment in research and development. In that way, I will be able to understand the market that is underserved and also find any existing niche. With that, I can ensure that Ford makes products that answer the needs of the market. Additionally, it will ascertain that innovation in the company is heading in the right direction. In the end, the company will end up with a substantial competitive advantage. Strategic Management
