b) Describe the formal structure of the organization (e.g., structural configuration, principles for division of labor, etc.).
c) Describe the organization’s most central stakeholders / environment and discuss how these may or may not have affected the organization.
d) Explain / discuss the organization's culture based on Schein's levels: artifacts, values and norms. Feel free to draw lines for structure.
