For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation from the perspective of an administrator or leader in the field of education to be presented to pre-service teachers, or in-service teachers in regard to utilizing data-based decision making with student with special needs (you are not required to present the PP). Assume the audience has very limited knowledge concerning the assessment, evaluation, evidence-based practice, or data-based decision making regarding the evaluation of students with special needs.   Identify your audience on your title slide (For example: Special Education Services: Professional Development for Pre-Service Teachers). Supporting evidence from the course readings must be incorporated throughout. Additionally, you must incorporate at least one other scholarly source (for example, a peer-reviewed journal article or a scholarly book such as the Swanson, Harris, and Graham textbook).

Presentation:

·      Since this is a professional presentation, limit the presentation to professional graphics and font choice.
