In this project, you will prepare the Cloud Adoption Policy Document that will be added to the existing IT policy at BallotOnline. In this project, you will also review existing IT policies and service-level agreements. In addition, you will analyze infrastructure growth trends and forecast future requirements, develop a list of "cloud ready" workloads, address performance, security, and compliance concerns in the cloud, develop cloud vendor governance strategy, perform a technical and business impact analysis, and develop a cloud exit strategy.
