Assessments 1 and 2 in this subject are linked. Here in Assessment 1 you will produce a 500 word plan for Assessment 2 i.e. a proposal for how you will go about Assessment 2. Therefore, it is important that you also review the Assessment 2 brief now in order to formulate an appropriate proposal.
The focus of Assessment 2 (which you are planning for here) is YOU. We want you to identify ways to enhance your employability via the development of relevant and documentable workplace competencies and therefore to get you “career-ready”!
Instructions:
You are required to:
- develop a 500 word document with appropriate headings
- include:
- cover page (with your name and your word count) o Executive Summary (not included in the word count) o Table of Contents o Introduction

- Ensure you have heading 1.0 Introduction where you clearly state the purpose of the paper and how it proceeds i.e. provide the structure of the paper.
- include in the document a clear and detailed plan explaining how you will respond to the four major sections in Assessment 2, including the theory and concepts from the modules that you will use and the type of data about YOU that is needed and how you will collect it.
- include in the document a GANTT chart the reflects your plan for Assessment 2 (i.e. what tasks do you have to undertake to complete Assessment 2 and by when).
- include in the plan justification of how your Assessment 2, when completed, will enhance your employability in the future.
- use minimum 3 references that were recommended in Modules 1-2.
