Ann - if you need any further attachments from the e-text book, please let me know as you have indicated you already have the pdf attachment from the last project which outlined Microsoft Corporation.  You will need to reference the Microsoft Corporation document which I provided from project 1 in order to complete this project / SWOT Analysis.  Please read the instruction THOROUGHLY.

Project 2 - you started to create an implementation plan. You selected Microsoft Corporation and analyzed their strategy and mission. We will continue your work with this company and develop a SWOT analysis. Remember that a SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of an organization. This is an important analysis for any organization as it can be used for strategic planning. Your SWOT analysis must be a minimum of two pages in length. Once you have completed your SWOT analysis, write a minimum of one page, explaining how this information could be used by the company. Please use the template, (which I will includ when the question is posted) below to complete the SWOT analysis and explanation. The information you need to complete this analysis can be found in the case study, which I believe you have.  If you need me to reattach the case study, I will.  

Outside research is not a requirement.  Much of the information you will need to complete this segment can be found in the case study in the textbook. However, you are welcome to conduct further research as needed.
