For your assignment this week, you will create a digital studio flow chart, including digital console, DAW, and set up for a professional session. You are doing a multi-track recording and mix session. The instruments are as follows:

• drums (kick, snare, hi-hat, hi tom, floor tom, ride, crash)
• electric bass (Dl)
• electric guitar (both amp and Dl)
• stereo piano
• scratch vocal

You are using an eight-channel, high-end interface with built-in mic preamps to record the drums and bass, and the digital console to route and record the rest of the signals. All signals are routed to a 24-channel DAW interface via ADAT Light pipe connections. You are recording you rough stereo mix from the console back into two tracks of your DAW. Please submit a detailed signal flow chart of this session set up, including each connection and audio stage, both individual and master.
