In week four we discussed conflict at work. Now is your opportunity to collect data and create a qualitative study on this topic. You will conduct your own workplace survey about the dysfunction of teams in the workplace. Use the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Survey located on Canvas. Have a minimum of four (4) employees from your workplace complete the survey. Keep all results confidential. Record the scores and present the data. What were the results? Were they congruent with the results from the Executive Summary on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team? What does the data tell you? How could you use this data to improve the teams’ success/productivity? What research is out there that supports your findings?
