Threat in SWOT analysis includes all the negative activities that will hamper the production of the business organization. Threats can cause damage to the business organization. these are present in the external environment of the business organization and are out of the control of it.

Example of threats: competition in the market, quality of the goods and services, change in customer preferences and others.
