Medieval dances were defined by the influence of the church and it's festivals. The dance of death was a major theme that prevailed through this period of war and plague. The Renaissance period followed and through the rebirth society developed court dances complete with banquets, masked entertainments and interludes. Develop a dance sequence which encompasses either/both of these periods. Give some specific examples! You may want to find a youtube video to show an example of your dance movement?
