This week, think of the last big conflict you had with another person. Was it a coworker or peer; a family member or romantic interest? Tell what happened, how the conflict started, and what it was about from your perspective. Then, pretend to be the other person; tell me what happened from their perspective. Analyze how the stories are the same, how they are different, and who is “right”.

Papers should be 3-5 pages in length, formatted in APA style and contain at least 3 scholarly sources.
