Each generation faces major ethical challenges. One of the challenges this generation faces is how to meet the needs of society without compromising future generations’ ability to meet their own. In this week’s discussion, you will have the opportunity to discuss what you believe to be the most challenging environmental issues of the day and explore the concept of sustainability. 

Choose ONE of the following to answer on this Discussion Board:

A: What do you believe is the most serious environmental ethical issue facing humanity today? Explain how ethical reasoning could be used to address this issue.

B: Explain the concept of “sustainability.” Do you believe that this is the most ethical approach to environmental issues? If not, which approach do you believe is more ethical? Explain your answer with course concepts and terms.
