Your organization is expanding globally and you will no longer have direct contact with members of your team. It is important to be able to communicate effectively so that projects can be executed effectively. The team is tasked with presenting their ideas for working effectively with global and virtual teams. Create an 8- to 10-slide presentation regarding global and virtual teams. Include the following in your presentation:

• Analyze the effects of globalization of project teams on project execution.
• Explain how the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs associated with project execution differ when working with a global project team.
• Explain how you might adapt your project management style for virtual teams.
• Recommend methods that teams can use to stay connected during project execution.
