Hello, my name is Maré Morgan. I am here because I am perusing a Gen Ed degree with a Business Emphasis (ultimately, I am going for an HR degree). However, there isn’t an AA or BA for such. This was my work around that would allow me to hand select classes ion topics that I can actually use in my day to day. I specifically chose this course to help me with my current position in Human Resources. I orientate all of our new hires and well as a little Learning and Development. Even though I present every week, I struggle a LOT. I feel like this help will give me helpful tools to implement for a better turn out!

I am a mother of two boys and wife to the love of my life! We recently moved from our condo in Laurel to our new house located in Bowie, MD. As stated above, I work in an HR department for a company located in Howard County, we employ over 500 people-so it’s very fast paced! This is a fulltime role and I work part-time every other weekend, so I stay very busy!
