1) Discuss the benefits of program planning and evaluation, along with one historically significant development within public health planning and evaluation that impacts public health planning today.

2). Mass shootings is increasing across the country, much more research and profiling needs to be done to more fully understand this issue. Often it is brought up as a gun control issue, my thinking evolves more around the issue of mental health to address the problem. and our country (USA) has decreased services for mental health issues, in Maine many of the mental health facilities have been eliminated with the result being increased homelessness and overcrowding in jails that I think can be attributed to untreated mental health issues, drug issues and poverty issues. What are your thoughts?
