Several theoretical perspectives are used when discussing sexuality

In my opinion, while reading the several theoretical perspectives the one that appears to best relate to sexuality and sexology would be the evolutionary perspective.   I also prefer this perspective because it utilized two principles the natural selection and sexual selection to assist with understanding the male and female.   This perspective as stated in the book focuses on the similarities and difference including biological origins and differences between the sexes. It also appears that Darwin has provided a great deal of research that has supported his original  evolution theory.   Also as stated in the book this perspective goes in details explaining why the sexes different, and also  focusing  on patterns of human behavior that exist cross-culturally, including sex differences, and link them to the forces of natural selection and sexual selection. The perspective, I find the most interesting is the evolutionary perspective because it is continually evolving and providing more in-depth answer to ones questions in regards to sexuality and sexology. With evolutionary perspective they both appear to be working together to get results and provide much needed information.
