Having reviewed the sample Health topics, please post your selected health and wellness issue.  You can choose a topic that is NOT on the sample topics as well - but please make sure that it is more specific; your topic should have two components.  It is ideal to choose a topic that is either meaningful to you/something you know or is a topic you are curious to learn more about.  Keep in mind also that it needs to be an issue - something that can be solved.

You will be researching this during the library visit and you will complete your wellness presentation (worth 70 points) on this topic.  Two students cannot have the same topic, so please check the discussion board before posting your topic.  The more specific you are, the better.
