The classes I am taking this semester is Anatomy and Physiology 2 (AP2), Public Speaking, and FYEX. The one I am most nervous about is AP2. The reason I am most nervous about this class is because in the second part of Anatomy and Physiology we are going over the bigger organ systems. Also, there is plenty of memorization and studying involved with this course. The two resources that I learned this week was Learning Assistance and Tutoring as well as the Library. Both of these resources could benefit me with all 3 of the classes I am taking.
During this week I caught myself thinking about procrastinating a few times. One of those times I was procrastinating getting some homework done on one of my days off. Usually on my days off I want to relax, but with school sometimes you have to do some work in order to stay ahead of the game. Another time I caught myself procrastinating to get my oil changed. I procrastinated because of all the logistically moves you have to make and also because of pure laziness. The final time I procrastinated this week was when I was contemplating whether I should study before class or not. Pure laziness was a main factor in this example of me procrastinating.
A great student is always willing to learn new things and always ask questions. They're easy to communicate with, polite, work well with others, and complete assignments on time. Three qualities associated with a great student is honesty, humble, and hardworking.
A great teacher must be intrinsically motivated. They can not educate students because of income. Great teachers must enjoy educating because they love what they do and want to see their students improve. Professionalism, patience, and organization are key factors associated with being a great teacher.
