BIOL-107 Final Exam

The final exam will cover materials from Topics 1 to Topic 18.  There are 100 total multiple choice questions (each worth 1 point).

This exam will be open from Wednesday, May 13th to Friday, May 15th at 11:59 pm. The exam will be locked at 11:59 pm, so please plan accordingly and do NOT start the exam any later than 9:59 pm on Friday, May 15th to get the full time. 

Please read the following details entirely BEFORE starting the exam.

What you should do before taking the exam:

• Make sure to have the following ready:

1. 1. Calculator
   2. Pencil and paper (for any calculations). 

• Make sure that you read through all the provided materials and study using the objectives for the course before you complete this exam.
• It is recommended you take this final exam on a computer, if possible.
• Please make sure your browser and computer are fully updated before taking this exam. You are responsible for this to make sure all images and questions appear as they should on your screen.  Google Chrome or Firefox are recommended as the browser of choice for Canvas use, as long as they have been updated.

Rules of this exam:

• You need to work independently when taking this exam. You CANNOT use another person and doing so will be considered an academic honesty violation. 
• You should NOT be using any materials like the textbook or your notes (or the internet) to take this exam.
• Your instructor can view a log of what you are doing while taking this exam. There may be academic dishonesty consequences for students observed leaving the exam screen and opening up other browser screens. 
• You CANNOT take any screenshots or photos of the questions/answers for this exam and doing so will be considered an academic honesty violation.

Notes on the Final Exam:

• NO extra time will be provided students unless a student has provided their instructor with a DSS validated accommodation form.
• Therefore, please be cautious about spending too much time on any single question. 
• It is recommended you write down the questions you want to come back to on a piece of paper. You can then return to specific questions later using the question links on the top left of your screen. 

You will be able to see your grade, but not the correct answers. If you would like to know what you got incorrect, please contact your instructor. 

This exam is timed for 120 minutes (2 hr).
