Perform your own research on the current development in Netflix and other organizations with regards to the Performance review, Compensation, Decision Making, Sharing of Information, Open organizational communication, and Retention approaches. Also, make sure to use material that were provided in class.

After reading the case study and applying your learning from class think about and analyze which elements that Netflix implemented were successful and what recommendations you would make based on your research and learning to further develop people and the organization from the HR perspective.

Stay away from simply summarizing the articles and apply critical approach in your writing.  Avoid using quotes from the articles. Explain the concepts in your own words and use proper citations and references. Make sure to be focused and think through the outline of the paper.  Use personal voice e.g. I agree, I feel, I believe, etc. This paper should have at least 5 references including the suggested case study. The paper should be a minimum of 1500 words.
