It is a viable option because  It brings an even more stable foundation to the organization. We can never be too prepared. The message of stability is very clear and will be ultimately beneficial to the organization and the people that they represent. Some pros from this undertaking would be a stronger platform and the organization's income and benefits would increase because of the stability. Or the employees could look at it as being to tightly ran and feel that they will continuously be scrutinized and won't be willing to work there.
