Guidelines for Clinical Assessment Portfolio

1. Check on the Moodle, under the weekly title “Materials for Clinical Assessment Portfolio”
2. Check your profile no. in the following two files, according to your section

3. You then need to download TWO files, each from the following folders:

Please download:

• One file from the ‘client’s profile’ folder (word file) and
• One file from the ‘Clients’ depression scale’ folder (pdf file)

ACCORDING TO YOUR PROFILE NO. (A to F)

4. Get a partner who has the different profile no. of yours
5. Please familiarize yourself with the profile character and check out the depression symptoms from the scale
6. Take turns to practice: one student as psychologist/ counsellor and the other acts as the profile character, and swap
7. You may choose to have the practice face- to- face, on zoom, or through phone call.
