Compare and contrast web-based strategies for an organization. Choose an organization with which you are familiar and explore what is needed to implement web-based strategies within that organization. Create a PowerPoint presentation for the executive management within that organization. The executive management team has limited knowledge in these topic areas. Consider the following:

A web-based strategy may be taking an application that was normally located within the Local Area Network and moved to Software as a Service application such as a Customer Resource Management tool.

What happens if the Internet were to go out? Does the company have a backup plan?

Do all of the remote users have adequate broadband services?

What are the security considerations a company should be aware of?

How can security policies be administrated?

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
