For this discussion, I want you to go to the course material forum. Open the document labeled Therapies. I want you to look at the list and find two that sounds interesting. Open the list and practice your chosen therapy.After practicing your chosen therapies, return to this thread and 1.) identify your chosen therapy, 2.) describe your experience, 3.) share your thoughts on what you think about using the therapy, 4.) then make comments to at least two other student's postings.
