As the article: AI for the Real World HBR 2019.pdf  points out, today we have advanced with three types of AI: Process Automation, Cognitive Insight, and Cognitive Engagement. The authors seem to be straddling the fence, however, extolling the future possibilities for "deep AI", but also somewhat advocating for incremental approaches with AI. What are your thoughts regarding the more advanced cognitive features of AI where systems can interface with humans on a variety of issues (p. 115 talks about Vanguard's success)? Most of you have also used automated systems, but perhaps less developed than highly advanced systems.
