Assignment Expectations: As an individual use the RESILIENCE learning theory and prepare a practitioner friendly research poster that demonstrate the importance of the learning theory in Early Childhood Education. This research ‘bulletin’ will be in a Question & Answer format. You will use both the insight gained from your practical learning experiences and knowledge gained in your studies to guide your questions. Objectives: To demonstrate your ability to identify and use theories of development and learning to interpret human behaviours, to inform ECE practice, to create environments that support diverse individuals and their learning as well as your ability to communicate these findings to early childhood professionals and the broader community Directions: Create an introduction that outlines the purpose of your research poster. This will be included on poster. Develop a minimum of 3 Questions and Answers about your chosen topic, using the lens that this research poster is for Early Learning professionals. Justify your answers with practical examples (how to apply) connected to research from academic sources (no Wikipedia) using APA standards. Create a conclusion that explains how the use of information from the theory can improve learning experiences for children, practice for educators and the early learning profession. Ensure your work is organized, and proper spelling and grammar is used. The poster is intended to be professional, informative and user friendly. Your poster may be a maximum of 2 pages (via LUCID press template). You are expected to use a minimum of 3 additional academic resources to justify your work. The purpose is for you to be able to connect theories to professional practice, and use reputable, academic resources. Include all references on poster (in a separate boxed area) that show all sourced information, using APA standards. Posters that do not meet these standards will result in a zero.
