You  will engage in a research project and present it to the rest of the class.  We will engage in a variety of applications exercises in class this semester in the effort to help you learn how to use personality concepts to better understand others.  The application research paper will be an extension of this effort. You will  research one famous person or one person in history and write a 5 page paper regarding his/her personality.  Explain how you know this about the person.  You must indicate research about the personality of this person.  How do you know this person exhibits certain personality traits.  Furthermore, you must apply one or two of the theories presented in text and through the course.  This is an essential part of the assignment. 

  Be specific relative to the concepts associated with that theory you choose.  You should have at least 2 other sources.  Therefore, you should have in text citations and a reference page.  You will then choose one or two personality concepts studied in class and apply them to the subject’s life.  Upon completion you will present your person to the rest of the class.
