Over the course of this semester, we will learn about 12 different styles and theories of leadership. This project will serve as your cumulative project that will summarize what you have learned about each style. For each trait or theory, complete the accompanying template. The 12 styles/theories of leaders are:
- Trait approach
- Skills approach
- Behavioral approach
- Situational approach
- Path-Goal approach
- Leader-member exchange theory
- Transformational leadership
- Authentic leadership
- Servant leadership
- Adaptive leadership
- Psychodynamic approach
- Team leadership model
After you have completed the summary for each style, you must then choose two approaches that you feel are applicable to you and your leadership style. Write a summary paper for each style and include why you chose the approach you did. Use real experiences to explain.
To submit the assignment, please compile all 12 templates and the summary papers into one continuous document and submit it through turn-it-in.com.
