The portion about your supervisor having a hectic schedule but still

finding time to exude positivity is such a rare and fantastic trait. It can be difficult to maintain a level and consistently positive attitude when you're being pulled in a dozen different directions and juggling multiple deadlines. Taking the time to consistently converse and communicate is highly consistent with the leadership trait of authenticity, resulting in a more positive atmosphere (Newstrom, 2016). With the paid training courses that are offered, are completely voluntary or tied to any personal/professional goals you set with your supervisor? For instance, at the beginning of the year at my organization, I have to list professional goals and state what types of training courses I intend to take to help me reach them. Is there a similar structure at your organization?
