After finishing the simulation,

Create a detailed PowerPoint presentation, in no more than 10 slides of recommendations for the call center.  Make the slides self-explanatory.  If needed, use speaker notes to explain slides. Do not write speaker notes as if you were giving an oral presentation.  Include the following points:

• Identifies the appropriate interviewing techniques for Magic Graffix to address the attrition problems and hire the appropriate employees, and explain why you are recommending them.

• Evaluate the use of selection tests and provides an effective recommendation for Magic Graffix, and explain why. If no test is recommended, explain the reasons.  State the criteria recommended for choosing those tests and the reasons for such recommendation. 

• Provide an analysis of three performance appraisals and identify which one is the best tool to use at Magic Graffix.

• Discuss other corrective measures that you would recommend.

  Format your presentation (in-text citations and references) consistent with APA guidelines. Make slides self-explanatory. If needed, you may use speaker notes to help explain the slides, but speaker notes are not required. Do not use speaker notes as verbatim notes for oral presentations. It is not an oral presentation, and slides should be self-explanatory; if necessary, use brief speaker notes (one or two sentences) written in third person to help explain the slides.  The style of this presentation should be of a webinar.  Each assignment requirement must be supported with research.  Place the citation next to the item it is acknowledging or as close as possible and the references on the last page.
